Terminator has been TERMINATED?

I got my 510 Terminator last week. Put 2 3.7V RC123's in my Omega & got 10 pulls before my brand new terminator died! Tested without the terminator & juice is flowing fine. After all the trouble I went through to get this add-on I have to say that I am less than impressed, much less satisfied. Any suggestions?

I have seen the center connector on the atty or the Terminator will end up recessed to much and will loose contact , try pulling the center contact out a bit with a small screwdriver or knife or both the term and the atty , if this does not fix it let me know .
