Love fried catfish, tators, biscuits, gravy and honey....
I've been taking frequent showers and using a cortisone cream - we don't have any benedryl cream, but my wife is going to go to town and get some this morning. I'm taking the benedryl caps, but those things sure do seem to put me to sleep.
Not that I mind ...
TT
TT I take Benadryl at night-its my sleeping pill.
We have Catfish quite often. Live by the river.
I do eat Mountain Oysters, but think it is the sauce I like more than the MOs. Don't find them much of any place around here any more.
Chitlins, I know I have had, but been so long ago that I don't remember much about them.
What I would like is some "fresh" oysters, clams, etc. Love them.
Thanks guys I will
TT maybe it's time for a Doctor ?
Man, I sure do like chile and old ladies who trip over their boobies! Perfect combination!
In Texas, everybody tends to make their own chili and its kind of a competition to see who can come up with the best. I don't even know if there is a best because its all good!
But now when it comes to ladies in their Golden Years, I'm an expert. After all, I'm married to somebody's grandmother.

oMG ITS ALMOST TWO IN THE MORNING...GOODNIGHT!
I'll bet if you made some fried chicken and save the grease then bread the oysters like you do chicken and deep fry them in that chicken grease that we would have to fight you away from the table!
TT
I try but I am not a late night kind of person. You guys are up til the wee hours of the morning chatting. I see what goes on the next morning and usually the only ones here are me and SC's buddy Echo!
I had fried eggs southern style once, man they were good. In the north, we maybe use a little margarine in the pan or spray some non stick spray in the pan and then fry an egg on one side, flip and fry a little on the other. My FIL cooked some bacon, kept the bacon fat in the pan and thne basically boiled the eggs in the bacon fat! You don't even need to flip them, they are cooked on both sides!
Too much eatin like that and I will need your heart doctor, TT
+1 to frying eggs in bacon drippin's.
-100000 to chitlins, mountain oysters - meh.
Padre - you only need 70 or 75 posts (it's sorta random for some reason) before you turn vet when you hit your one year mark - you're good to go.
Really, really sad to hear about your reaction to the antibiotics, TT. It sounds miserable. As always, my fingers are crossed and my thoughts are with you to get over this hurdle quickly.
I think that you are confusing it with the "can't post in new members" after 70 posts rule.
