Rabbit is absolutely delicious! I honestly don't think there is a better tasting meat. We used to eat it all the time when I was a kid in New Mexico. Really good meat!To me, the best of the best is elk.
Man, I've eaten fresh elk and honestly, beef isn't even in the same ball park.

I'll have to try Elk sometime. There is an exotic meat butcher shop in Seattle that advertises crazy stuff - like alligator & kangaroo, I should stop by and see if they have Elk!
