Did someone say lamb, I could smell it a mile away....... or more like 2,000.

Now I'm craving a good gyro, but with the real yogurt and cucumber sauce. And TT the real thing doesn't have any green stuff your wife makes you eat when you're in trouble.

I bbq'd a leg of lamb for Greek Easter two days ago (I know we invented everything, so we probably think we invented Easter and get to pick our own day). Anyway the lamb was awesome and Yes Goldie I had lamb and eggs for breakfast yesterday !!!!

I love lamb too! I knew that you would make a Gyros the right way lol The cucumber sauce is a must on a Gyros IMO.

You guys are going to make me drive 200 miles just to get a good Gyros! Of course I would have to get the plate after driving that far with the geek potatoes and lemon soup, greek salad with feta cheese. But, I could also visit my son and grandson while I am there

My SIL was over and Mrs Rat asked here to stay for dinner. She asked what I was Q'ing and DW said steak and she said OK as long as it's not lamb. During dinner SIL said this is the best steak I've ever had, you need to tell DH how you do it. I told just use lamb chops
