That for that pic of the Bastrop fire. I'm glad you posted that as many people don't realize how ugly those fires are and how much crap they dump in the air.
I was reading on the news that 1,000 homes have been lost in the last week due to the fires. That's so sad.

Yep TT, that Bastrop picture was very powerful. Watching that smoke roll your way would be pretty frightening...I'd have to get out my inhaler pronto.
Hope the winds are shifting and the rains coming down soon for you Texas folks.

It was recommended i check out this thread and i have been trying to. I started a couple days ago and it just kept growing faster than i was reading. So i admit i skipped a couple pages. Man you guys are active.

Welcome oly_r! We do tend to slow down during the day but at night all bets are off as we are all buzzin away on nic here and talking as fast
as our fingers allow

I likew it better that way but with ground sausage in it along with the ground beef. I've seen it made with hash in it too. But one things for sure. It's always cheap and sticks to your ribs.

Yeah, there's always something going on here ... coffee, good things to eat and these wimmen talking their heads off and us poor guys trying to squeeze a word in here and there.
But ... in defense of the wimmen, I have to say we do have a lot of experienced vaporers running around this place and if you have any questions or ever need information, this is sure a good place to get it.
So just jump in anywhere, any time buddy and make yourself at home!

There's really only one in the area that is of any real concern to us and it was announced as being put out.
Now its flared back up again.
