i sign off at about 8:30 to get the birds ready for the night, then the dogs go for their final trip outside. by about 10 i move upstairs and then i need about an hour of reading to settle down
naps are a favorite pastime of mine

I put my birds to bed between 8-8:30. That is why I show up here around 9PM
lol, getting up around 6:30 i don't last as long as i used to
and to think in my younger days i wouldn't have dreamt of going out until at least 10pm ..... those were the days...sigh
