A Side Note From The Texas Fires

Josh Rarrick is a truck driver and former firefighter who took time off work to help fight a massive grass fire in Diana. But, that decision got him in trouble and ultimately cost him his job.

"When I started fighting fires as a volunteer fire department member, that was one of the oaths we took-- that we would always help," Rarrick said.

He said he'd do it all over again.

"When your neighbor's house is in trouble... when your family and friends are in trouble... if you don't stand up for them and if you don't go out and respond and you know how to handle the problem that they have-- that's wrong," Rarrick said.

While he lost his job, he said keeping faith in God will carry him through.

If Mr. Rarrick's boss's house catches on fire I'll bet he would be proud to see Mr. Rarrick there putting it out.

It is very sad :( But you know truck drivers will always be able find another job and I firmly believe what comes around goes around :) So the driver may have one thing coming back to him but the boss and company may have different issues to deal with when they get theirs back :)

BTW- Good morning all! Never heard of chocolate coffee beans but does not sound too good IMO
I will stick with my coffee and DMD thank you very much :)

Tried to see what company he worked for but no luck. This SHOULD cause a backlash at them. Unless there is more to the story than we have heard this is an absolute travesty.

The information came from an East Texas television station web site and although the article continued, there was nothing to indicate there was more to the story beyond what I posted. The company was not named, for obvious reasons I guess.

These communities here are very small and I suspect had there been more to the story that local individuals would have been posting information in the comments section about it. That happens here a lot when a story is not 100% correct. So I'm inclined to accept it as written. But then again, you never know unless your directly involved.

Seee I said 4ish I would be back on (well at least 4ish EST). I already have some Tea Tree Oil, Lavender Oil, Clove Oil, Peppermint Oil and some Lemongrass Oil (love my essential oils). So do I get the Tea Tree Oil and dilute it with water and swish with it??? I don't have anymore antibiotics left for my last dental incident and I don't want to keep taking these pain meds :( The Clove Oil helped ALOT last night but I like having more than one tried and true remedy.

Hey TT, not doubting you at all. I searched and found several reports of it and they all say the same thing. i'm just a bit weary of stories that are soooo unbelievably ridiculous like this one.

Hey 75, This is what TV said about the TTOil

I bought my tea tree locally, at a little all natural health food store - or at Super Supplements vitamin store.
My favorite brand is called Desert Essence, which is labelled as 100%pure Australian essential oil of Tea Tree.
Don't buy the toothpaste or rinse concoctions. Their concentrations are too low. My dental hygenist says to rub the oil into your brushes bristles & massage it in. Then rinse & spit.
