I need to catch up on the thread but I just got back home and I received my CBC results and the nurse called and said my Vitamin D levels were dangerously low. They put me on a prescription Vitamin D pill 50,000IU once a week for a month then I have to take another CBC to see if my levels are higher. If not, then I have to take the shots once a week.

I went to walmart and they were all out of the rhinestones :( so I ended up getting tiny tiny tiny glass beads that are lilac and some spray adhesive...Hopefully it works!

My wife has been on this for about 7 months, she has really noticed a difference. Hope it help you as much.

Hi Oly, I want to see that movie. It looks good. And creepy too!
75, Salem had to teach me to copy an avi...If you need help let me know. That's what I (finally) learned today!

I think the movie was REALLY well done. It should make people think about life and preparations.

I don't know what I am supposed to feel like that's the thing lol I have been feeling fatigued and such for at least the past 4 years. Everything started happening after I had my son. I know that since I have darker skin, that I need to get alot of sun light to soak up some of that vitamin d from the sun. I have to wear sun screen alot or not go in the sun because of my other medications. They put me on a beta blocker a few months ago, Mirapex for my RLS and now this. I don't know where all these problems came from all of a sudden.

75, I had to have b12 shots & vitamin D & all sorts of nutrients after I had my kids. Those little suckers just sap the life out of you literally ... Also, gum surgery & a new larger wardrobe. It's a good thing parenting has 'other perks!
--by the way..I had beta blockers and really hated them...be sure you're not having side effects from those...

**I just noticed you said you have RLS...I never had that, but when I took mega doses of vitamin D, my Leg pain went away. I hadn't even realized that I had leg pain...I just thought I was always sore from walking around...

careful with the mirapex - it's not one of the better drugs. dh has pd and was not able to tolerate it!
