Hey Pad - I don't know if the EPower is regulated or not. I thought at one time it was supposed to be then I read some conflicting information somewhere else.
Even on my Buzz, which is regulated, if it is near the low end of the charge on the batts, it will drop off significantly for a couple of vapes before conking out altogether. It can't pull what isn't there - or something like that. I don't pretend to get it, the electronics stuff is out of my league, just sharing my experience, that's all.

Do you every use Irfanview to resize pictures?
I use it for all my pictures to resize & adjust colors & things, then save it as .jpg.
After that it can be reopened in paint or whatever, to play with it.
