I have noticed that the entire forum has been very slow for quite some time now. Not sure what is up. Almost time for people to start getting ready for back to school and winding down the summer too.
I have to go start dinner but you may want to check the under the covers thread lol

Hey Mass, man there's been all kinds of things going on around here!

We've been having some wild parties, lots of hooten and hollerin and carrin on! salem keeps everything and everybody stirred up with good jokes and keeping everything fun!

What's been happening with you? Its been about 30 days since I've seen you on here. You been in jail or something? Here in East Texas that's kind of one of those "passage into manhood" things.

Get your tail back here more often!

LOL, yeah, I got some time off for good behavior one time ... somehow.

Never did figure out how I managed to do that.

I guess it was because that chicken I happened to be carrying didn't belong to the Sheriff.

Anyhow, it got up to 106 degrees out on the porch and in the shade today. The local forecast is calling for at or near 110 degrees every day for the next several days and no rain in sight. And that's the "for real" temperature!

Now that leads me back to that chicken. I still have it. And when its real hot outside ...

that chicken goes insane!

Somehow it will manage to climb up on the boat out there by the couch in the front yard and when I'm laying there contemplating the national debt and its affect on the Lemonade business, that danged chicken will dive bomb me!! I mean come flying off that boat and attack me!! I hate it!

But I'm ready for it tomorrow when it tries its funny stuff. I took the bug zapper off the porch and have it laying out there beside the couch. When that killer chicken comes after me tomorrow I'll jerk the bug zapper up real fast and she'll find out who the smart one is around here! Heh, heh. I'll be eating some micro-zapped chicken!

I'll let y'all know what happens!

TT

Good Morning House gang. I would like some feedback from anyone who is willing to give it. I am thinking about purchasing a Joye E-go that I saw on sale in the deals and steals thread. Wondering if it is worth the money, if it performs better than the KR808 batts, etc. I'm not getting the kind of vaping experience I think I could be with my current PVs so instead of giving up and going back to analogs, I thought maybe I would try a different style PV. Anybody have this model?

Thanks for anyone who can give some input.

Hey asn, The Ego would be a step up from your KR808s and a Riva would be even better. I never tried an Ego but I know that they are about 3.2 volts where Rivas are a full 3.7V. Either way it would be so much better than your KR808s. The charge lasts much longer, you get better vapor and TH and it is just better all the way around. You should really give it a shot especially before returning to the stinkies :)

Now if TT would quit putting his leftover breakfast and lunch in his pocket to save for later that darn chicken would leave him alone! The chicken knows it is in there and if he would just share they would be friends. Good thing that birds can't smell because if that chicken could smell the leftovers after being smooshed in TTs pocket in 110 degree weather he would no longer want a taste :)

This reminds me of a story and it is a true story. We have a farm and orchard around the corner from our house that has a petting zoo and lots of activities for children there. Anyway, last year I noticed the biggest chicken I had ever seen in my life in the petting zoo. He was crippled and could barely walk.
So I asked the owner of the farm where he got the chicken from. The poor chicken was on one of those trucks headed for slaughter. The truck was going down the interstate and the caged chicken fell off the truck. The chicken survived and someone brought him to the farm. I don't know if many of you have seen how chickens that are raised for meat or eggs are kept but they are in tiny cages not able to move around at all. It is a horrid and inhumane way to keep these chickens and I always hate to pass those trucks when I am driving on the interstate. Ever since I got that close up of that chicken, I only buy cage free eggs which may not help alot but hopefully it does some :)

Salem,
I see those trucks all the time and I always feel so sorry for those cramped up chickens.

I noticed the description said it comes with cartridges. How different are those from cartos? I have never used an atomizer and I just don't want to mess with anything that's more of a hassle than it already is with the cartos. I swear I feel like I spend all my free time filling and refilling those things.

Just keep the attys for later :) They are a hassle but I do use them for testing new flavors. It is easier to try a few drops of a new flavor in an atty than to fill a carto and find you don't like it :) The attys may come with it but you can still use your cartos now and attys for trying new flavors. I just drip about 3 drops directly on the bridge of an atty to try a new flavor. I have never used a cart. The flavor will be slightly different in the carto but it still gives a pretty good idea of the taste.

Thanks Salem. Any idea where the best place to get a Riva is? Someone else suggested that to me. I need it for the least amount of money as possible too.

Really the epower is the better option because you can replace the batteries for a couple of bucks a piece and they are alot like the Riva/Ego in appearance. Too bad that you did not get in on DeXters sale last month for $39.99 but with the 10% off they are only $45 Might be worth thinking about :)
I have to go to the dentist but will bbl :)

Plus with regular batteries like the epower uses you don't have the drop off in power while you are using it. So with a Riva you may start off at 3.7V at full charge but as you use them and they lose full charge the voltage also drops as you vape. I think with the epower you would have the same voltage from full charge until the battery needs to be recharged :)
