That's my favorite steak. Cook it with a warm red center! I prefer the ones with the bones! Meat is always best right next to it.

I'll get on my Big Wheel and meet you halfway.
Have one of those tossed on the grill and cooked to medium...with a small baked potatoe and a little salad on the side... you will be a happy camper for a while.

I like to slice up potatoes and onions. I put butter, salt and pepper in between the layers of potatoes and onions. Wrap them in tin foil and slow cook them on the grill with the steaks. Since I grill at the lowest setting, I put the potatoes on about a half hour before the steaks.

I love my ribeyes too. in fact we happened to go to Outback steakhouse and got the ribeye and lobster tail (grilled).
That settles it. We need to have a ECF Meetup at Outback or Longhorn.

I made it clear to the edge of town and just had to stop for emergency food supplies at the What'sthatburger and they had a special on ... two for the price of three ... I love specials.
So I had the two cheesygrease burgers and grits and sat there eating and missed my dang airplane.
I watched it fly over and ran out waving my arms but that pilot waved back and kept on going. They were way up in the sky about thirty feet.
Darn the luck.

Hey TT, I was thinking. Better keep Mrs TT off the four wheeler this week and you may just want to tell her about the Lube Rack since it may come up on your trip
