Wasn't there a time Coors wasn't sold everywhere because it was non-union? I remember people talking about that back in the 80's out here...

OK my husband is a southerner but a walking encyclopedia of knowledge : ) He said that it was against the law for Coors to be shipped east when he was young in SC. It could not be shipped east of the mississippi. He used to get it from Texas lol

I had to look it up on wikipedia. It was unpasturized so that was a problem. I guess the movie Smokey & the Bandit featured it being smuggled....
