I gave up on those over 6 months ago. I was tired of the continuous dripping. However, blue foam works better for me...if I had to drip or fill up a cart.

It was a high 67 here today smh I walked outside with a tube top thinking it was hot. I ran inside for a light jacket. It was hot as ever the other day.
CArtos are the only way to go.
I wouldn't fool with an atty/cart.

Oly, a cartomizer is one piece that you fill with juice and put on a battery.
A cart or cartamizer is a foam filled mouthpiece that fits on a separate atomizer.
