Wow Salem is still awake!!! I figured she would be sleeping. I am looking for my box with my pv stuff in so I can charge up a 510 battery so I can use that spray adhesive and beads tonight. I can use the 510 while it dries over night I hope it turns out okay.

I can't remember if it was techno or oly_r who said they had to take the prescription Vit D 50,000 but how long did it take before you starting feeling better???

Ha, ha 75! I stay up until 1 or 2 am on this forum which kicks my azz the next day. I took a little break yesterday and actually got some house work done. I have always been the type that needs a good 10 hours sleep to feel human though. Even with the cpap

I put pictures of the spray adhesive and the little tiny glass beads up a few pages back but as soon as I find my box...I'm going to spray this bad boy down. I will post pictures tomorrow whether they stick or not lol I'm not ashamed at failing at a project and even if it looks horrible....I'll STILL post the pictures lol

Be careful with that adhesive that it doen't go anywhere it could cause harm.

75, I noticed a difference 3 days after my first dose. I remember noticing a huge difference after the 3rd week's dose.
I don't get the same great results from my daily dose. But the megas were amazing!

I took my first one today on a empty stomach (bad girl) and I felt a little light headed but probably because I didn't eat first. I don't know if that's normal on the first day or what. I am hoping to feel a difference by early October...hopefully. I only weight 115 and it seems like that 50,000 is alot for a week but what do I know.

I am going to make my own tank soon...well when I actually buy the stuff needed. I will have to get more details from Salem but I am sure I can do it! I showed hubs today the material list. I then preceded to show him a vendor with a huge price tag.

not as much as your doc LOL I find that when I take new meds my body often needs to adjut so there is unwanted side effects for the first week or so and then it levels out. Hopefully it will be the same for you.

I have never tried to bling my Buzz but have seen people say that adhesive will not stick to it. The Buzz is anodized aluminum though. They all just use the stick on nail things and it works fine. There is a thread that I need to find where people talk about blinging out their PVs when I find it I will let you know.

I took my Vit D this afternoon and I felt a bit light headed about 1-2 hours later but nothing bad. I take my other medications at night and the insert said that there were no reported side effects occurring with other medications.
