My husband's aunt always brings a big lasagne for Thanksgiving
Okay! You guys are so cool. I tell other folks about my traditional family meal (pizza)-only to receive blank stares.
He has actually invited anyone to purchase and send to Kurt without him knowing about it. Just from using it myself I feel pretty confident with him plus his that was tested turned out good.

Sd.. as salem mentioned in an early post... get a test kit and check yourself... prolly not as accurate as Kurt's testing in the lab.. but should be with in a couple of mg's so you will know that you are atleast very close to target!!

BTW- For anyone reading this thread, Kurt has taken on the expense of helping our community and doing all of these tests out of his own pocket. Anyone that would like to and is able to donate towards the cause please let me know

The equipment for testing, at the accuracy that Kurt is testing, is a bit much for most of us. Many people are sending purchased samples to him, and he is posting the results. Very informative thread.

I am still trying to find a sugar free jam recipe. I start searching on allrecipes.com then I get distracted by all the cool recipes. Thus, I forget all about the jam recipes... I am easily distracted.

LD, I bought a test kit from ebay that will get you pretty darn close for under $20 shipped. The girl with the 272 nic pretested using the same kit and came very close to Kurts #s Might not be exact but you are going to be very close using it
I bought a kit about 2 months ago when the info first came out but have not used it yet. I will be using it very soon though

When I have the extra money, I am going to get some kit info from you. At that price, I wouldn't mind testing the juices that I have.

Not a bad idea. I posted the link in chat watching the show tonight that Kurt was on so they may be sold out for now but I am sure they will get more lol
Okay everyone, I am off to bed! I spent the day working pretty steady, while also getting the iMac setup. It is still only half setup, and I am still working on getting my old desktop (an ASUS Laptop actually), all setup for my nephew.
