It's a weird tranny code that doesn't really tell us the problem. I'm $500 into it and still can't figure out why the
"check engine" lite won't go away. My mechanic has given up too.
The car still runs great though. It's an old old jeep and I just can't find a newer car I like. So, I'm driving with the chk eng light glaring under a strip of black electrical tape for awhile.

Maybe it is just a short making the light come on. I would keep driving it too.

Rut Roh!! Car troubles tech??? as I said I have not back read! Sorry to hear that.. The only transmission I got has been stuck in low gear for a while now.... so prolly wouldn't help ya much!! :)

People give me a hard time because I love my Jeep the way cowboys love their horses. I will drive it until it blows up & then I'll buy a tractor to pull it around so I can still use it. :oops:
