TFA RY4 Type 1

TFA RY4 Type 1 - Is anyone out there having any success with this liquid? I'm not having much. I mixed at 7.5% and it is quite a perfumey taste that is not pleasant to me, and quite far from any other RY4 liquid I've tried. I steeped it 14 days, and it is a reddish color.

At 5-10%, after a month's steep, it's good. Before then, I haven't had any success. It's one of those that takes a long time to be any good. Just try to have patience. I wouldn't dump it out just yet

It works best for me at 12% with a few drops of TFA Caramel Candy. RY4 is meant to be a bit sweeter with that caramel taste. Just RY4 doesn't seem to have the same sweetness.

Try the Double RY4 starting at 10% and work up if it is not strong enough. I mix it at 15% along with 5% French Vanilla, 5% Caramel and add a few drops of Orange and or Peach. This is my daily vape and has been for months. My Blog has the actual recipe.

I think you will find the Double RY4 less sweet, more tobacco flavored and quite good. Wizard Labs has it for $1.49 for 8 ML so you can try it on the cheap.

Double RY4 is good too but to me, nothing like regular RY1.

The numbers after the RY denote increasing amounts of caramel.

I meant double RY4 to me, tastes nothing like regular RY4.... Do you know what the mentality behind the double is?

Some people did not like the perfume note in the original,so they came out with the Double.

That's what I've been told.

I chew through Double RY4,might have to try the original.

That makes sense, Gully. RY4 can have a perfumey taste, especially at first.
