I bought my Omega three years ago, shortly after watching GrimmGreen review on it, and have used it pretty heavily for about two years. After mechs started to get back into popularity, I dusted it off and found that the center insulator had basically disintegrated after time/abuse. After opening a ticket, and within a week, I received a new parts kit (gratis) to basically restore my Omega to better than new levels of performance (thanks to the redesign/integration of the center post to atomizer center pin). I'm sure I could have gotten it sooner if I'd stop asking stupid questions, and bothering the good people of AltSmoke (who always replied with courtesy and patience). Huge thanks to Mason and Trevor!

I'm going to second this thread! I really want to thank Chad for the excellent sevice and quickness in repairing the threads on my beat up SB! From ticket opening to getting it back in my hands it was less than 2 weeks(would have been sooner if I had got this out quicker on my end). You not only bought this unit back to life,but also saved me a few buck that at present time I do not have. Can't say enough good things about Altsmoke. I am a customer for life!

Thanks for the nolax application too Chad......I lost my tube!:)
