i think its because they arent sure why the fanboys don't like their device and won't give anything else a fair shake also.
i use the same tanks all day everyday and hardly switch. bought a vamo to try vw and it does nothing for me at all if i never change the device. now the chrome wore off and it sits in a box.
While I love my ProV's i try not to soapbox about them, i wouldnt expect every person to want to play my model of guitars so why should i try to rub everyone into using my choice of PV? i will suggest them because of the customer service and repairability but i try not to fall into the they are the best the rest sucks trap, to each his own.

but i will say the most confusing thing to me is so many people complain about the pro v being outdated and left behind for the price because it lacks certain features but people will pay 350 bucks for a mech that does nothing at all not evenkeep voltage constante over the battery life, in effect, because it's pretty.
to each his own though and choice makes the world go round.

I haven't seen any one say the ProV is the be all, end all PV. I see people all the time whining about the cost of a ProV. I have seen guys give humorous jabs at other devices but nothing to belittle owners of other mods. It seems like many ProV owners also own other devices as well.

I do understand why we have seen the flood of VV/VW devices out of China, two of the most sought after electronic mods have been the Darwin and ProVari for as long as I have been into vaping. It seems the Chinese have just combined the obvious features of both to try and cut in to Evolv and Provape's market share. Where they fall short is after the sale service and quality control. They are cheap though and if you are one who has to have the latest electronic devices it makes sense to buy cheap and just upgrade as each new unit makes it's appearance.

man you dont spend enough time in the new or general members forum where there's a post a week crying about how the fanboys derail threads and rag everyone who wont buy one. lol

don't get me wrong I love them but i do not fall under the fanboy banner as there is too much stuff to say one is best.

i agree but thats not for me, i like buying one thing and moving on myself, to many attachments to play with to be buying pv's all the time.

It's no longer just a rumor and it's definitely on ther FB page. My only issue with it is what it resembles (aesthetically speaking).

If it's just me that feels this way, my mind must be the ultimate gutter-dweller (sorry). It looks to me like something that was designed by a Rabbi (YOU figure that out).

And for the record, I love my ProVari V2's. VV, VW? I couldn't care less. But that's just me.

Its not a suprise to me because Provape has answered an ecf member's e-mail and told him that no VW provari would be in the works for at least another year, and that was only a couple months ago now. They said that they would be working on new tank systems and new limited edition asthetics such as the new engraved caps and now the 2.5 casing for this period/year.

So I knew & KNOW not to look for a VW provari for at least a good while. In my opinion, the Provari is still the best mod on the market when your comparing features. NO it doesn't have variable wattage but when compared to any other mod it does have the best MANUFACTURER'S warranty, it CAN be sent in to fix ANYTHING that has broken on it and there IS a list of prices on the site for repairs to different things having broken.... NO mod vv/vw has that.. and it DOES have MORE safety features than every single other mod on the market to date. I'm sure the new variable wattage is a goal but provape might be working on a game-changer tank system to go with it, FIRST. (perhaps one that they will be able to mass-produce?)

There is a bright future in Provari's and provape products, trust me. Don't discount them just because they don't have a VW device. Most of the people that are willing to spend nearly $200 on a device are already the type of vapers that know that VW is not a necessity and it can be a bit gimicky when you know how to use VV as it is.

Man, you are on point. Agree 100%. I dont see Provape rushing to get anything out when they already have the best product on the market. Too funny, Love em or Hate em!!! I love em. Just got my 3rd mailed to me today!! With dopes like me they dont need variable wattage!!!

i dont think the new V2.5 designs look any more like a personal massager than the V2 design. I think every tube style APV looks like a massager. Every single one. There isn't a tube styled PV out there that doesn't look like a personal massager. So how could we start noticing and pointing that out now?

There's just something about those new grooves that make it look more... ribbed.

Still, it doesn't look like as much fun as a Tesla.
