So, it seems to me that there are 3 separate areas to look at with regards to e-cig safety issues.

These are battery safety, e-liquid safety, and coil (atomizer, cartomizer) safety. I'm just going to give one link to ecf threads about each of these issues. There are many other threads I could also link to, but I think this is good for now. Please feel free to discuss anything about these issues here.

Battery Safety: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...61-exploding-mods-update-february-2012-a.html
E-liquid Safety: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/clouds-vapor/290233-diacetyl-butterscotch-caramel.html
Coil ( Atomizer / Cartomizer ) Safety: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modding-forum/284030-wick-materials-safe-vs-dangerous.html

I think these are good example of threads that discuss these issues, though I'm sure they are not the best. Feel free to post other threads. Also, the above E-liquid Safety link is only about diacetyl, there are other things that should possibly be avoided. (Like cinnamon for example? Also flavor extraction safety vs. standard flavors like FA, TPA, CAP etc.)

I'm starting this thread because I want the least harmful vaping experience possible. Because after all, safety was the whole point of switching to vaping from smoking analogs.
