I know for me the biggest difference in vaping is that it takes a while for the nicotine to be delivered via vg/pg
One article i read here said a reg analog has an almost immediate effect on your bloodstream so guys and gals give it a bit. The article also said use ur vape about dbl the tiime it takes to smoke a reg cig.
This really helped me out and i hope it does for others.

That's a very good point. This is why new members are the best at helping fellow new members, everything is fresh!

It seems to take about 15 minutes for me when I first started. If I really wanted a cig, I'd vape and tell myself to wait 15 minutes. Usually the urge went away.

That is a true statement. I find a good throat hit helps to get rid of the craving though. Usually I will feel satisfied after about 5 minutes, but that's just me.
