i found the ecigs to completly cut the cravings and made quitting extremely easy. now i have a new hobby and i get to ingest this chemical they calll nicotine with the unhealthy method of adminsitration they call combusting. Nicotine doesnt cause cancer but burning and inhaling something does. nicotine is a stimulant and i enjoy the feeling, but i wold prefer to absorb it in a way that will cause the least harm. i do realize it still is a poison and only time will tell if "vaping" is any safer, from what i have read so far its far far safer. i like to smoke when i drink especially.... one thing i did notice is i can vape wayyyy more than i could smoke real cigarrettes. which welll maybe not such a good thing...

"Without" the unhealthy method...I know, typo...

Don't forget that although you're vaping way more you're almost certainly still absorbing much less nicotine than you were when you were smoking.

Which is nice. :)

Did you end up smoking while not vaping?

If not that should help you take it slower.
actually no I didn't go back to cigs ..... I stuck it out with the gum till the2 tests
were over with . I did try to smoke when the craving got real bad especially when I was at work and dealing with the everyday stress
but when I did they were so nasty I took like 2-3 hits and threw it away ......... 60 + days with out has had its effect vaping or not I don't think I could go back .
now I have my PV back and the guy at the vape store was nice enough to mix me some different juice at different ratios
so lets see what happens , he seems to think a lot of it is the ratio adjustments .

That's what I think.

I'm curious to see if I can handle my 10% PG once furnace weather gets into full swing and it really dries out.

I know 1ml of an unspecified PG mix last winter was enough to cause me to cough up blood and have nose bleeds (I can write the nose bleeds off as my meds but not the coughing blood).

I am seriously considering learning how to mix my own juices , so I can keep a close eye on what ratios im getting , so far
with this new juice he mixed me no issues so far lets see what happens in the days to come

There's always flavorless when mixing your own too. Flavors are the big unknown and add a lot of potential problems.
It takes a little getting used to but flavorless isn't bad.

The big limiter with DIY is when you need 100% PG free. Non-PG flavorings can be found but not as widespread as PG flavorings.
