I got the Aromamizer thinking it would retire my Billow v2. Nope. The Billow V2 reigns supreme. That's just my personal preference.

Ditto! Three Billow V2's and I'm not bothering to replace my stolen Aromamizer. Now the bellus that will be my next tank, we'll see how that matches up....

With the rayon I've learned to trim the tails really thin, like at least 50% the thickness, that way the important part of the wick(in the coil) is being delivered the juice. I vape at 90-95vg and since figuring the wicking don't have any issues. I'm sorry to hear others are, as I feel this is a stellar tank.

This is exactly what I do. I give my tails a very generous haircut! This was also something I learned to do in the Rayon thread.

Has any one tried the OBS Crius rta, wonder how that is compared to the BV2

I have both and I like the Crius better. The draw, flavor and clouds are much the same as the Billow v2 but it's a little shorter, has easy to use juice flow and air flow controls and it's top fill. The top fill is a great selling point since you don't have to remove or unscrew anything to use it. You can close the juice flow control with a tiny twist of the tank and it doesn't leak a drop laying on its side. Check out the Crius thread.

Cthulhu v2 is definitely my next RTA. Velocity posts is the main seller--I hate having to set a coil only to remove it just so I can trim the legs on the 2nd coil. I think the Cthulhu has a functioning top fill too. I thought about the Zephyrus, but read too many bad posts about the top fill causing leaking

I use a very small side cutter or just grab with tweezers and twist off after they are secure. No need to remove the set first coil, maybe push it down a little.....

I read it some where that Billow V2 able to do top filing, how to do that?
I guess if you keep downward pressure on the glass, you could remove the top but why the heck would anyone want to do that and run the risk of flooding it? The tank is so easy to remove to refill while leaving the base attached to a mod.

Just checked out both of these. Looks like I'm going to have to spend ~$70 soon.

Hey Billow fans! Just saw this on eciggity...
Billow v2 RTA by EHPRO & Eciggity - Eciggity

So stoked! I looove my billow. My favorite RTA to date. Awesome vapor & flavor. I have had my qualms about it, but it's performance always made up for the small issues. Hopefully they've addressed some of these with the new version. Just thought I'd share that with ya'll.
Keep on vapin', friends!

After I sold my Authentic Bellus to my friend Jon; I bought the Billow V2 Nano..

Hope it doesn't leak live a sieve as the Bellus did. I have a messed up left hand and I'd I tightened the Bellus top fill cap tightly it didn't leak but I couldn't get the darn thing off so I was relegated to filling from the bottom. Jon fell in love with my Bellus so I sold it and went back to the GMini and Kayfun Nano tanks until the Billow Nano arrives.
