Yah the switch is great on mine. I have no probs at all with it. Like I said, i think the earliest models had a harder to push, but same size, button. Which I can see being a lil painful on the finger tips.

I got my Buzz on Saturday, and have been using it with "The Dripper" ever since. It is truly an amazing mod, and the best one I have bought so far. I'm using it with a 510 adapter, and the vapor I am getting out of this thing is incredible. I love how I can dial in the voltage to perfectly match the atty and juice I'm using.
I thought I had an issue with it yesterday. I would put in freshly charged batteries and get about 5 minutes worth of vaping before the LED turned red. It turns out that my battery charger has an issue with charging 16340s unless I use a spacer. Once that got figured out, I was back to vaping heaven.

It's a minor issue compared to how good the Buzz is as an overall unit. But for those with more sensitive fingertips, it gradually gets more annoying as time passes. But, I have solved the problem for myself and as I said, I love the unit so much that I am happy to have some duct tape running around the tube to attach a button top to solve my problem. It's all good for me as far as usage and performance goes. Just the issue of the tiny button digging into my fingers is my only issue. I'm still happy and as soon as my warranty expires I'll be pulling it apart and doing something to solve my personal problem.
Uneverno , sorry you are having issues ! , what happened ( MY FAULT 100% ) is there are 2 levels of pressure on the switches I buy, 300 gram and 160 gram .
Some of the old 300 gram switches got mixed into the stock and I did not notice it ! , it sounds like you got a 300 gram switch ( very few got by me )

Some of the old 300 gram switches got mixed into the stock and I did not notice it ! , it sounds like you got a 300 gram switch ( very few got by me )

I'm not sure which switch I got but it seems fine. Do you know what the order numbers were when you started using the 160 gram?
No they got mixed into the same drawer ! , no rhyme or reason to it.

I am checking into that and the testing they use , This can be a confusing specification.
Many times this means that the pot will develop a flat spot or bad spot that will open up in JUST that one spot , other specs are different.
I have a PCB from the very beginning , 5 months ago that works just fine , I have not had a pot fail due to turning ( I have broken them off the PCB , but we now glue them on , the next Gen, will use a through hole pot that will NOT come loose )
I am asking the MFG for the test parameters and what is a failure.

Ok I got my buzz and this thing rocks!!!!!! I freaking love it all ready!! Of course I was so excited when I ordered that I forgot to get some adapters for my cartomizers!!!!! Luckily I had 1 901 atty and a drip tip Great job on the buzz and its beautiful!!! And Mike I just placed another order for the damn adapters I forgot! LOL
