The chalice is mine! ( or how I spent too much money

Just got a chalice 2.1 in the classies.... Jesus I could have a woodvil for that amount ( still will... Apparently I'm spending needlessly this month lol)
So I have a brass rm2 coming in for my woodvil,
A chalice being paid for tonight
And a woodvil as soon as they go up.

Than, when the 18650 plus kick model comes online, I'm gonna send in my current rm2 to be stripped, and get a copper vein....


God, the money.... Lol

Meh.....it's just money..... You'll enjoy that Chalice...and I'm sure you could get your money back on that anytime you felt like it; they're hard to come by. Put pencil to paper and you'll see that you could probably have a new REO or a new Chalice every month and STILL be saving money over what you USED to spend on cigs. At least now you have something tangible to show for it.....it's not just up in smoke, literally.

I've got one with that slick top cap too and I drilled the airhole so big you can throw a cat thru it .

JK, i drilled it with a 1/16" bit but after hitting it with a countersink bit in an attempt to deburr it, it is somewhat larger.


Yes chalice kicks AYuss quality and looks wise, everyone should have one but mine is in my drawer and cyclones are on my daily drivers cause they (and the RM2) vape equally as awesome

I'm gonna shoot another one though when I get a chance to that covers coil position better.

You gotta run the coil real low (like 1mm off the deck) to mitigate TH. Also, I'd stick with single wire

Do you have a regular cyclone or Cyclone + AFC top? If the regular cap that hole is very small. I run the AFC cap wide open both holes. I think dual coils with the standard cap would require a 2nd hole and that both of them be larger.

I have the AFC and the regular cap. I've only used the AFC. Thus was first attempt at building anything on it so I didn't expect it to be great. Lol

The AFC cap has the holes to one side so they would form a V like the graphic below.



I build my coils to match the angle and hole placement.

The AFC holes are higher than stock so you don't have go as low. Try lining up your coils with the air holes and pushing them to be a little lower than dead on. I also found I needed to up my ohms with duals. The same ohm rating as a single coil in my RM2 seems to hit a lot harder as duals in the Cyclone. So I've been around .9 to 1.2 on the cyclone.

I was more wondering how the cyclone rba got brought up. Lol.

As far as builds I used to run overlapped silica wick and 2 and half turns of 32 gauge mounting it using a z. The chalice requires you to do a z cause of the way the post holes line up. The good thing is the juice hole is directly below and the surface sucks back all left over juice. No bf rba beats its build quality.
