Jenn, if your end cap doesn't already have a vent hole, just copy the list above your post and add your name to the bottom. When your name comes up, the first person who has a loaner available will send it you. When you receive it, just send your original end cap to Jeff. He'll drill the vent and return it to you.

LOL makes sence .. because I dont have my own chuck yet to do any tail piping... LOL

You can tailpipe any PV.

This thread is about the tailcap -- the end piece that screws on and holds the batteries in place. New ones have vent holes in the middle. For people with older ones, they are circulating 5 vented tailcaps. While someone is using one of the loaners, he/she can send Jeff their unvented one for the addition of a hole.
