My sister's cat sneaks up on the dog and jumps on it. They play catch me round and round the house.
As someone who lived with a cat for 21 years and with another who is now 16, they do sleep more, but they still play hard when they're older. And act like nutty kittens almost every day for a bit.
Our cats would run around the house once a day like greyhounds after the rabbit. Round and round and round. Very very funny. Except it was normally at 3:00 am. 
Let me tell you one thing, never raise a kitten for about 6 months from birth, have her mother (my girlfriend) leave, have her father (me) take her and move somewhere else, then have her father leave.
It turned my adorable kitten into the biggest, meanest little kitten you've ever met. She hates everyone now. I can't even pet her when I go see her.
Yeh, our cat would run across our face at 3 or 4 in the morning.. well, I say our face, I mean my face.
I know, it's so sad. The only way I can get her (funny enough) is by waving a plastic bag. She then runs over to it, gets inside and I can do whatever I want with her.
Animal Planet has a show where they rehab cats with serious issues. With a cat whisperer.
I like watching the dog whisperer. Victor needs to pay closer attention though.
I just found out about Copper Creek yesterday and placed my first order today. Thankfully my stalking time should be minimal since I'm in 'Sconnie too- so excited!

I have a good feeling about these juices. I had to go back and check what I ordered-Grogg, Sarsaparilla, Raspberry Lemonade, Blueberry, and peach.
