O.K. bad news. The threads to the carto is not in there.I have no idea how this could happen but when I dropped it the carto striped the inside of the Provari part that it screws into and fell off (which I remember) and the part that did the stripping I found on the rug.

Yikes,.so it pulled out the 510 connector. You'll gave to ship it off unless you happen to have another connector laying around and you're handy with a soldering iron.

That's not good.
My guess is you'll need to replace the top cap. It would probably be about $15 or $20 for Provari to fix it. shouldn't be too bad.

I have an old time percolator. It makes good coffee and it's really hot like in the olden days before McDonalds got slapped with the hot coffee lawsuit.But it is sooo slow. I have to put the coffee on at midnight so it's finished by 8 A.M.
