Chase is such a good dog! He loves other dogs, but I did start taking him to puppy school at like 12 weeks old, so he got very used to being around other dogs of all sizes at a young age. I also take him to the dog park and let him run around in the small dog area. I feel bad for him when we are on a walk and he wants to greet another dog that is not nice. He walks up to them all happy and then they act like they are going to eat him and he must be thinking "WTF is wrong with them?!"
He acts like he's tough too, but if we are outside going potty and he hears a leaf blow he jumps. ROFL! He likes thing in their place. If we go into the backyard and a neighbor has moved something or got something new (like a grill) he growls and barks at it every time he sees it for like a week.
He was the easiest dog I've ever potty trained. I can't remember exactly how long it took, but I think it was like 2 weeks he knew. One day he just went and sat by the back door. I couldn't believe it! To this day he never goes in the house. He is put in a large bathroom with a puppy pad during the day (with a baby gate up) and he only uses the pad maybe once a month. I take it he just couldn't wait for me to get home. He rarely poops in there. Maybe once every six months. He never does it when he is not locked up, when is whenever I am home. He just goes and sits at the back door, quietly. Sometimes he might make a noise if I haven't realized he is over there and really needs to go.
The only thing he does that annoys me is he likes to chew my hands. (He likes to chew in general, but is not destructive.) He's not real big on being pet, but he loves sitting in your lap. When he is sitting there I'll pet him and sometimes he's cool with it, but other times he'll start wanting to chew my hand and once he starts he has a one tract mind and I need to just put my hands up in the air - then he starts barking at them. Oh, the other thing - he thinks he is a q-tip and will jump on to the pillow behind me while on the sofa and try to lick inside my ears (gross). Other times he just jumps up there and rests his head on my shoulder.
So does my mom's. Chase likes attention, he just doesn't always want to be pet. This is the opposite of my mom's maltese. If you shop petting him he starts moving his front legs up and down for you to keep doing it. lol
It was all because of the goals that got set for me. Ive set my own goals this year, so Im thinking that the review will be better. Ive also talked to another guy and he said that he got the same 1% raise I did, and that the performance reviews are really just dog and pony shows.

Did you ever find all the bits and pieces for a VV mod?Thanks Beth. For my next trick I will try to get the mods up there. I have box mods from Foxy Box Mods and bolt kits. Sadly, I will need to take pics. They will be horrid.
And with that, I bid you adieu. Time to go home, scarf down a sammich, and scurry over to softball practice. The bad part is, my brain is so fried right now, Im not sure how organized this practice will be.

I made a schedule change at school today. I changed my hours. I will now get out of there at 2. It added a little more time in the long run but because of Kealey's new sport activity I had to do it. I am actually okay with it. One of my main issues with the place is the slave labor I have to perform. Now, by leaving early, my days should suck less!

Well, finally home from orientation. Looks like I'll be the closing cashier. I came home and had dinner and ripped into my packages, both Reos showed up
