You misunderstand. Ive met more than a few women who can cut a line straighter than me. Gender has nothing to do with it. Its the copious amounts of caffeine she will have ingested by the time she picks the power tools up.

its been in the mid to upper 80's here for a couple of weeks...

Its friggin' crazy. Watch. I wouldnt be surprised if we drop back in to the 30's for lows and 60's for highs in the next couple of weeks. 85 is too hot for March. Especially when we had all of three days above 50 last week. we went from 50's to 80's with no grace period.

Daughter of a master woodworker over here. I've been running power tools since I was around 10 years old. I think it's safe. I get to play with a wetsaw next week for my tile, woo hoo!

Wetsaws are AWESOME!!!

You guys sure were chatty last night. I had a lot of catching up to do. I spent the evening entertaining the pervert and then he fell asleep with his head in my lap and I didn't have the heart to move. Who am I kidding? I didn't want to move. Hey posse, to celebrate my birthday, my day off tomorrow, and Thomas being ok, I am doing a sitewide 10% tomorrow. No coupon needed. It will start at 12:01am and run until midnight. You know what? I am so sorry that he had to go through that.I thought the VA hospitals were much better than they used to be.No one should have to endure such pain without anesthetic.Where was the Dr? He couldn't put in an appearance?? Really??They at least gave the soldiers a shot of whiskey and a rag to bite on during the civil war. I am sooo mad at this President.He wants to cut benefits and medical treaments for the vets and rerturning Iraqi veterans.Some cuts are up to 77%. No one does more for this country than our young men and women serving this country.If they have served they deserve better than have taking cuts to their benefits. These guys/gals put their life on the line everyday.
How about taking a cut yourself Mr.Obama?Rent the White House out if you have to.Cut spending on money on programs like fund the artist and PBS.Make Michelle's mother find her own apartment unless she's helping pay the heat and telephone there.
This is about the only thing I get angry about.I do get realllly angry.
If you have ever sat in a sick call with veterans that lost their arm or eye or face you wouldn't vote for anybody that didn't put the military first.Cut their benefits? Really? I don't know how the creator of Obamacare who will nationalize healthcare for every person most who haven't worked a day in their life cut the benefits for returning war veterans? How does he sleep at night?
For those that aren't familiar with the VA Hospitals they are notorious for being ill equipped and Doctorless.
No one wants to be a Dr. in a hospital who makes less than the neighborhood plumber.

+ alot more than 1. Anyone who thinks that the system has come so much farther than it was in the Vietnam days is incredibly misled. We have had to fight tooth and nail for everything we were supposed to get. Thomas was blown up in Iraq, received a purple heart, was medically discharged and was treated like poo. The kids and I still don't have medical benefits (we will once the paperwork for the lawsuit gets to us but it's taken 8 yrs to get what we were supposed to have all along). If you really wanna get ticked off, look in to how they have swindled women out of their husbands death benefits....

They don't freak out. They feel a little weird, but they also feel appreciated and hope people don;t stop doing it.

Oh, on the not so good news front, my wife's aunt (our only family here in Nashville) went in to the hospital today for a clogged artery. They found that it is 70% blocked so she is having a bypass done on Thursday. Any good vibes/thoughts/prayers, etc would be appreciated.

Sending prayers to you guys and to Morgans family as well!
