Good morning guys and gals. I had one heck of a time getting out of the bed this morning. I turned the alarm off and layed back down, then hovered somewhere between awake and asleep but not really getting to either. Got to work about 10 mins late becuase I couldnt get out of bed. Oh well. Shhhhhh. No one else knows I was late.

So I then went to Sears for glasses.They blew me a 285.00 price tag to put new lenses in my old glasses.DH suggested we go across the street.Total vision.Got me a whole new pr for 121.00 with my insurance.Woo Hoo.So I'm getting DH a new pair too,and its still less than Sears.

We have an eye doctor appointment tomorrow. Is it always better/cheaper to go somewhere else to get the glasses than from the eye doctors office. I always had insurance in the past and just ordered the glasses at the doctors office. Now that I am retired and no insurance I was just wondering. The glasses will be Progressive and maybe Transitions with new frames.(maybe more adjusting/fiddling)

I love my transitions. I wish they got darker, but its better than having to buy a set of Rx sunglasses.

I guess Im still too young to learn that lesson just yet! And yes, it is most certainly Tuesday. It still acts and feels like a Monday though. The only difference is that its one day closer to the weekend.

Not sure how to feel about today...Got to make up a presentation that will hopefully pull to a close a project that I've been on for over a year and I'm SO FREAKING READY FOR IT TO BE OVER. On my own, I work about 10-15+ over 40 (salary, too ), but with this project, it adds another 10 or so on to it, and decent stress...so I'm glad it will be over, but just not sure I've got it in a good state to end it and the bow is on the package all pretty like....I guess we'll see.

For those that watch it, finally got a nice little setup in the bedroom with my HP Touchpad (which I finally put Android on....works like a champ and much better than WebOS)...installed the Netflix app and watched the first 2 episodes of "The Walking Dead"....pretty dang good! (I especially like it as I grew up outside Atlanta, so its cool to see all the places I've been downtown).

Anyway, hope everyone has a great day!
