James, I hope Charlie is okay. Did they rule out pancreatitis? That's what it sounds like too me, course I'm not a vet. Those are Grimm's exact symptoms from last year when he had it. Changing his diet to one with less fat in it seemed to do the trick for him. He's had no repeat episodes.
FV, glad you're back upright, now get to feeling great please!

Thomas and I are leaving this evening to go to Charleston so I can take my test tomorrow. I will be home some time tomorrow night. Please cross your fingers and everything else for me. I am extremely anxious but will be glad to get this over with.
In other news, after 42 years of busting his .... in the coal mines, my dad is retiring today! I am so very happy for him.

LOL, I'm here FV. Very busy weekend. We got the office painted, and we ordered a new sectional for the family room. It wasn't nearly dark enough, I decided a graphite sofa would look much better than the lighter beige one we have now. Then I had a panic attack and I spent all last night trying to find fabrics for throw pillows and draperies that would lighten up the cave effect.

Not yet. I think I need to wait for the carpet to get here. I'm trying to decide if the carpet or the walls will be my neutral. I can't remember just how much brown really is in the carpet. I was looking at grey and yellow fabrics, or red and spa blue fabrics. I think they're both beautiful. Giggle away, it feels pretty comical to me as well.
