WHAT??? I'm selling my satin collection for these babies...I do like red too.I had never realized until this very moment.I am a girly girl...I like pastels...hahahahaha
I saw them stretchy. I wish they weren't quite so pastel. I like bolder colors. The purple one has promise, but I'm really hoping they come out with a red one. I'll be all over that!

I just like the feel of the mini in my hand more then the standard. I have pretty small hands, so they fit better, plus I notice they don't tip as much with tanks on them. Since I work from home, the battery life isn't really an issue for me. Plus I can tuck them into a purse more easily. I have an eyeglass case I can actually fit two of them in with tank attached. Much more convient for me. Even Lenny likes the minis better. :)

Wife came back from conference today. Went to pick her up at her office and they had just fired her. after she helped unload the trailer full of crap

JD... That is ridiculous! I am so sorry... and that would almost be enough to put me in jail... I'm told bail for an assault is only $400 and that just might have been worth it. :(

I am so sorry it happened, and I hope that she finds an even better job and sticks it to anyone or company that are such a$$es. :(

Hey peeps! Made it back from my trip to ATL! Saw an amazing concert and then next day took a trip to Ikea. Is it possible NOT to spend any money there? After Ikea i made it a point to stop at a place called Ambush Boarding Co. because i read online about a kid that is on their skate team that was shot in the stomach and they are selling his signature skateboard deck to help pay for his medical bills. While i was there i found out that 100% of the proceeds of the sale go to his bills, so i had to pick one up! Anyway, it's been a long week since i've been back and i'm looking up to sleeping most of this weekend. Hope everyone is well! :)

Welcome back Jeff! I am happy to hear that the trip was so pleasant! Sleeping rocks! :headbang:

Afternoon Posse! I am officially on vacation!!!:banana::banana:

One of the guys at work came in today (on his day off) so he could take off Friday for a long weekend. So I jumped on it and asked the supervisor (the nice one!) if I could leave early since there are 2 people for the window. I'm also chuckling because the extra guy that came in thought he was going to be able to wander around doing nothing today - MUAHAHAHA!

My Newf is so gentle with stuffed toys. Mr.???? formerly known as Mr. Crabbypants has (no joke) a 15 gal. tub filled with them. He gets them for wins at the Agility Trials.Rums is the only one that doesn't destroy them. The little dogs find his and tears them up.It's all very sad.One of these days Rums will eat one of these cavs.(Probably not).....
My Rottie would always be easy on her stuffed animals, tossing them in the air and slobbering all over them. My Lab would step on one side and pull the other with her teeth, especially if it had a squeaker. :glare:

If you have any chrome I would be willing to help you out. Well maybe even with a satin. :) PM me!!!

Morning posse! Its going to be a hot one out today.
Nice and cool here! 72F now with a high of 78F. This morning was downright chilly!

Well it won't be down right chilly here! I use three different weather sites and average  It should be about 104 here today and a bit higher tomorrow. Great thing is, it does cool down into the 60's when it gets this hot. I just doesn't cool down enough to cool the upstairs - the low temp usually doesn't hit until about 2 or 3 a.m. I wish for the Delta breeze!!!

I seriously do not know what to do with myself. I'm suppose to keep my knee up and ice every hour. I.AM.BORED. So, I've been doing laundry, poached some chicken for chicken salad for dinner. Soon enough I won't be able to walk at all, then I'll resign to sitting down. Have ice on right now. I could ramble for hours. Any good book ideas? I'm out of books on my kindle. I wish I liked thrillers or sci-fi then I'd have more to choose from

I would recommend to you some of the books I like, but you just ruled them out since I read almost exclusively Sci-fi and fantasy. ;)

Afternoon folks! I got to wake up and hit the ground running this morning. That part that I stayed up until 1am for...? Yeah, they ended up not being able to use it because they didnt know what software version it had. A mismatch of software on those cards will cause a that system to go completely offline. In this case, it would drop a few hundred customers and several circuits in the terabyte range.

Then I went Lowes and got my washing machine. It should be delivered tomorrow morning. Over $700 between the machine and the service plan. Thank goodness for credit cards. And thats after the 10% discount on major appliances, 10% discount for former military, plus another 5% because the only one they had left was a scratched floor model. And it wasnt even an expensive machine...

Then Mrs E called. "You still at Lowe's?" "Yes...?" "Can ya do ya wanna pretty please with a cherry on top bring me some chinese from the place across the street?" How could I say no to that? So I took lunch to Mrs E at work.

That's right. I don't see a problem.
 I miss my pool table. And THATS a problem!

Its only 6:30 - and already people are leaving me in the room alone! I can't leave here, remember, I want to buy things if I leave here.

Actually, I want a puppy - a dog that will snuggle and not bark. Small but doesn't shed. One that will get along with the Shedog - owner of doggie world in our house and throughout the world. Mr. Hubby says NO hmph
Thats not a dog. Thats a fish.

:lol:FV you should have vido cames everywere.
Thats wha IVE been telling her!!!

I use the one on NOAA. It's usually really accurate.

Have you read Game of Thrones series yet? I'm on the 3rd book (I think??) and it's really good! I normally read all sci fi, horror and that sort of thing, but this one's keeping me interested!

Hmm, Chinese sounds good! And tell Mrs. E that I'll be challenging you to a game of pool whenever I can work out a visit! That's something I learned really well when I was in the Navy.
