The painters are here. Hooray! Of course they stood out on the porch for 5 minutes before we realized they were here. They rang the doorbell, and we never heard it. I was cussing them out for being late.
I know the feeling.... I run into the frame of the door to the bathroom almost every morning.... I swear that thing starts moving or changing shape or something as I go to walk through it.*waves as he stumbles around getting ready* Mondays

Morning posse. I can't believe I'm the first post this morning.
Painters arrive in about 5 minutes. Finally, the first floor will be finished. I can't wait to get my house back in order. At least part of it has been dismantled or in disarray since May.
Then next year, we can move upstairs and do it all again.

Laundry day. Last week of summer vacation.
Quiet night at the hut. The boys and I are being veggies on the couch. Need to rest up for tomorrows mixing madness.
