Let's just say if you have any issues you will not get the same customer service you get from FV unless it is a full moon, you give a sacrifice to the gods and their customer service is in a charitable mood and likes the sacrifice.
I won't beat around the bush GV has poor customer service, won't remove you from their mailing list after repeated requests over many months, plays a dishonest PR game better than anyone else.
They are one of two vendors on ECF that after repeated attempts at resolving something still failed me. And, hiatus aside, I had dealt with A LOT of vendors on ECF.

I guess I'll have to go somewhere else..I have no sacrifices available this week.I just ran out yesterday and am not sure if I will have any more before next Friday.. and I believe the moon is on the wane..but..I do hear we are going to have a spectacular meteor shower on the 12th and 13th...
