I'm glad they caught it Bamrz. I got hit for text books in CA. It took a few calls to get it straightened out, but they did give back my money. I wasn't too angry until the gal at my bank took it out a second time rather than put it back. Good grief.

Yup. Mine's been hit before. Last time they were trying it out on iTunes. A bunch of $0 charges and a few $5 charges, which all got refunded to my account. The bank said they originated in South America, so who knows how the heck they got my info.

Cross your fingers. Andy is making his first attempt at frying chicken. Last time he tried to cook chicken he was about 4 and set the microwave for 6 hours. I was outside cutting the grass, and came inside when I saw the smoke. All that was left was charcoal, and a very smelly microwave.

Reminds me of when Alex tried to make cheese toast in the toaster. Stuck the cheese & bread in the slot & you can imagine the mess it made.

Sonny never did either, but he did dump an entire potpourri (liquid) into the back of the TV. (Playing nerf football in the living room, I was at work) Luckily he was bright enough to unplug it. Our TV smelled great for months.

Yep, that pretty much sums it up. We've had better days, that's for sure.

I've been hit twice. Both times I had just shopped at Overstock. Needless to say, I will never shop there again. :grr:

Another one to add to my list, thanks.

The bank told me Amazon and iTunes were the ones most often used before it happened. I've never used iTunes, but had shopped at Amazon the last time.

That's happened to me too. Bank caught it though to a tune of $360.00
Wow. Apparently the credit card I use for online shopping has been compromised, and my bank caught it! Zero $ lost!! I just got off the phone with them and the charge that triggered them turning it off was only about $5. I am impressed!

I just wish they had notified me. :glare: I tried to buy some jeans this weekend and just tried to buy a Phoenix and my card was declined with no explanation. A bit embarrassing.

Not only do they not look at it..They lose them. They use computerized charts now. No paper.12 years of my medical history evaporated...I was and am ..........

Well thats not good. None of it. Except for the bacon of course. Sure hope they find something to help with the pain. Did you hear back from the dr? I'm convinced they don't look at those charts half the time.
