I can only speak for myself personally, but I try not to post links to another vendor on your forum if they sell competing products... and the one I sent (PM'd to me by JD) along with a coupon code I found for them online sells some items that compete with you too.....

hmmmm compete is probably not the right word... they sell what appears to be some generic juice as well. I highly doubt that they can actually compete!

Yes, I'm going to fire my doctor. Its a process. Our HMO makes you choose A doctor, not A clinic. So I can't just call my clinic and say I want to see another doctor. There is a huge difference between CA Healthcare and MN healthcare. I can still message my doc back in MN and she helps me out more than the one here.

There has to be a way to change your primary by calling your insurance company directly isn't there?

I got a ” raise” today. The increase would buy half of an atom. I know something is better than nothing but its really insulting how they did us.

Trust me I feel your pain... there have been a number of times they gave an across the board 1% raise...

I think they made us learn it in elementary school music... everyone had to take music for a year or two in elementary school.
