I wish I could pack my kit, rack, cymbals, and beer in a case that small.

That's just the pedals...add amp head, cabinet, bag o cables, harmonicas, at least 2 guitars and a mandolin. When I was playing I usually had more to load than the drummer.

Mr. V must not be feeling well. I suggested going to Golden Corral for dinner and he said No, it's too far. WTH? He must be ill. Now I have to cook something. Of course the dogs are fed, but I have no idea what to cook for us.

Might I suggest that Mr. It's Too Far get his .... into the kitchen and whip up something for you to eat?

Excellent suggestion. Except that Mr. It's too Far is just now finishing the skirt piece for the tub, and it's the LAST thing to be done in the bathroom. Pics will be posted before 2052. (If I stain the skirt promptly that is.) This must be a record for the worlds longest tiny bathroom remodel.
