It's still hotter than all get out here! We don't get winter til around February and then, it's only for a minute! Would be nice to have at least a change of seasons sometimes.

Sorry to hear all ya'll northerners are getting the chill already.

I despise winter. Really I do. VV and I convinced hubby that we need to move. Woo Hoo! Not til summer though so I have to suffer through another winter here. Still trying to decide if that will make it more bearable or make it worse.

We turned our a/c off Labor day and opened the windows. Havent closed them since. My house is surrounded by humongous pecan trees so the house doesnt get much direct sunlight until around 5pm. With that said, its a PITA to heat in the winter.

I am!!! Orlando. I am a resort management major and have been in the business, front desk and then concierge, since I could work basically. My guy is the foreman of Parks & Recreation for our town. I'm guessing that would be the best place for us! My family is going to WDW this Christmas and I'm going to apply to start fall of 2012 while I'm down there. Would love to work at the Polynesian or Grand Floridian, but I'll settle for any of them.

That would be FABULOUS!!!! My son loves going down to Disney and he'll either stay at the GF or Hard Rock hotel. My daughter I thinks likes the Portofino (I think that's it, it's the Italian resort in DW or Universal)
St. Augustine has alot of state parks and the Casa Monica is in the downtown, old part of St. Augustine and it's breath taking beautiful!
