Alrighty then! My eventful day just got more so. Someone that had stopped over left the gate open. Not knowing that I let the dogs out. So here is the witchdoctor running though the woods shaking a treat jar. Ugh. Old Jake was sitting on the deck, it was Victor dashing around madly. Luckily he came running when he heard the jar, and luckily nothing else came running!

Got my exercise, got orders done, shipping notices should be on their way. Whew! Break for a minute here!

Great to hear the "kids" are safe and sound. Two of my cats act just like that.

I'm new new here, and am quite excited about the prospect of vaping an "all natural" juice! :)

I apologize for not reading the entire thread (got to page 15 and just jumped to the end), there is alot here!

I'm most interested in the zero nic offerings. Has anybody augmented the juice they receive with any PGA or similar to bump the TH? Curious as to how that would affect the flavors...

Payday just can't get here soon enuf. :)

Welcome to the thread renstyle! Reading it all is certainly not required, LOL sometimes we talk a bit....

I have not heard of anyone augmenting the juice with the zero nic, but I am sure that someone will come along and let you know!

On my way out the door to the post office, back in a bit!

I'm one of those weird vapers that can do a little nic if the juice calls for it, but don't really need the nic to survive, it's starting to resemble the 'salt' in my vaping, just for flavor. Most of the time I've been able to get by with PGA in my DIY setup (much easier to get a bottle of everclear at the grocers).

Does Woods of Wisconsin mean you are in the northern part of the state? Sure is pretty up there.

renstyle - I have just started ordering 0 nic juice this month, but I haven't needed to add anything. It has enough TH for me as is. Maybe if I went back to some high nic juice, I would notice a big difference, but so far it's good. Every step down I've made has been fine. I was a Marlboro smoker for 30 years and started in January with 24mg.

I am about 1/2 hour north of WI Dells. So about a bit further than halfway up the state. I'd move further north if I could!
It is very pretty here too though.

Oh the Dells! I've taken two boat tours (pair each for upper and lower, so I guess four really). Can't wait until the kids are big enuf to take them.

Don't forget the gate! :)

Excellent news! I was a Marb man for almost 20 years, started Feb 1st at 24mg.

Now I'm really gettin' antsy.

I remembered the gate! LOL

Just got back. Wow, down to zero from where you were is awesome! Every now and then I vape 18mg, but I am a 24mg gal through and through. I don't know when or if I will step it down. I smoked Marlboro and Camel Menthols for 35+ years, quit on my second day of vaping and haven't looked back. I think I am afraid to try, and no one wants me to be jittery while making their juice!

I have never "been" to the Dells, too many tourists, though one day I want to take a duck ride!

I spent about a week at 24mg, then went to 18. About a month later, went to 12. Hung out at 12 for a few months because my favorite juice was hard to get so I stocked up. I'm taking a more systematic approach now. I have about 500 ml now and have only now started laying in a supply of 0 nic. Most of the juice I have on hand now is 6. I have spent a couple days vaping only 0 to try out new flavors (Copper Creek included) and have had no problem with it. My plan is to switch permanently while I still have some 6mg just in case. Then if there are no problems with being nic free, I'll sell or give away anything I have left. That's the plan anyway. For now I still have a bunch of 6mg vaping to do. My wife says she doesn't care if I vape for the rest of my life, especially if it's nic free.

I've been able to whittle down to next-to-nothing (roller-coaster style) for a decade now, my wife's influence, always wanted me to quit, and I've really tried to "manage" my smoking for years. Got to the point where a weekend without was doable, but tough if the kids were less than happy.

Then came vaping... and the flavors.. THE FLAVORS!

I walked down the 'main drag' once, very county-fair like. Took the first pair of upper/lower tours when I was a kid with the parentals. Next time I went back with the GF (now wife) only thing I wanted to do was take her on the boats.

A duck ride is tops for my next visit back too!

On suggestion, I started doubling up my flavors, picking a zero and a 24/18/12 to make 'dialing down' effortless. Eventually got to the point that the flavor meant more to me than the nic burn. Also had a challenge from a quitsmoking forum that made me question whether I was really *needing* the nic (I was thinking no, but started to wonder). It gave me the final push to zero, and it's been pretty nice since then. :)

Hats off to you ren! Me, I am going to just stay the way I am for now. My family is very happy to not see me standing outside smoking in all weather... and I feel so much better. Hey, I could run around outside today and not wheeze!
I have always had a no smoking rule in my house, so in WI winter, there everyone is, standing .... deep in the snow, shaking and smoking. LOL, not me anymore!

All the 0 nic talk...:nah:
I've been vaping for over 2 and a half years
stepped down from 36mg to 24mg.....
have no desire to go lower...Lol.....
Im a chain vaper....I too smoked Marlboro
Reds for years...we won't discuss how many.....

cheers to those that want to and do though....:toast:

No worries, most of my family loves their whiskey, which my constitution can no longer tolerate. :)

Best part about vaping, everybody gets a choice! To each his/her own, I'll toast to that. :toast:
