I've been up a while. Just nothing to say. No stalking on Sunday, so the mailman is safe. Thinking biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Maybe not healthy, but yummy all the same.

The 52 cleaned cartos are drying. I have a fresh (new) carto of House Blend, with only 1ml left. 60ml on the way. I may need to get back to the Raspberry Danish by the afternoon. Or the Twisted. Some of my old favorites are feeling neglected, but this CC juice is really good.

billherbst is now a fan. He is the one who started the RY4 thread, and should be reviewing Twisted in a day or two. Anyway, he said:
hangdude,

Thanks in part to you, I am a recent convert to the yummy tastiness of Copper Creek House Blend. It's another of those juices like Boba's and Bounty Hunter that are hard to pin down in terms of constituent flavor and recipe mix. And just as good as both of those.

The best way I can describe it is by comparison: It reminds me of a combination of Prime vaping's Love from Above and Nostalgia. If we removed the tobacco element from those fine juices and then mixed them 50/50, we'd have something approximating CC House Blend. Slightly cakey, with a subtle mix of vanilla and chocolate/cocoa, not too sweet and almost chewy (I know, juices aren't "chewy," but the resonance is there in the brain). How close would that re-mix be? Maybe just similar, but at least in the ballpark.

What I feel certain of with House Blend is that it is one happy accident (or so I recall the owner of Copper Creek posting). One of those juices where the overall mix is the thing and individual flavors are obscured in the wonderful blend. It's a very smooth vape---friendly rather than challenging---and abundantly flavorful without being in-your-face. Although I'm not an all-day-vape kind of guy, I think I (and many of us) could vape a whole lot of this juice without tiring of it.

Great juice. Great find. Life is good.

Hope all are having a great weekend. I think I'll go watch some Cary Grant movies on TCM and make some B&G.

Yum! This made me think of my favorite breakfast place - they have REAL SOS that I can get on top of pancakes plus REAL homefries (with little bits of onion in them) - YUM! So I got directions on Google maps - OMG!!! Three hours by freeway and four by back roads (with TONS of turns :( ) Looks like I'll need to wake my son up at O'dark-thirty sometime and actually plan to get there! I used to ride with friends that would just stop as we were on our way beyond there, never realized it was so FAR!

Wow, thank for sharing that hangdude. That was a glowing review (on the House Blend) from billherbst and makes me very happy!:banana::banana:

And bill: Thank you! It means a great deal to me when people take the time to talk about the juice.

And now you all made me hungry...

Don't dance yet...
bill just reviewed your Twisted. He kind of agreed with my first take on it. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ally-big-ry4-roundup-long-62.html#post3932034

I have since come around to enjoying Twisted, not as an RY4, but as a dessert vape. I still get the odd (originally I called it chemical) taste that bill mentions. But as a RY4 cake mix, it is good.

Oh, I read Bills review on twisted, and did edit my post to reflect that the bananas are for the House review.
The jury is still out on Twisted, when more info comes in I will decide whether to kill it off, or change it somehow, or leave it alone.
But I do still appreciate the feedback, whether good or no so good, as it helps me to create and or change my flavors.

Down the rabbit hole..
Morning Fv and juice junkies!

I think of twisted as a ry4 variant but none of the current ry4's I've tried are real ry4's like the original one..:?:
I kind of laugh when I read not a true ry4...none currently on the market are!...
IKV's comes the closest but its way off too...:?:
A juice vendor coming up with the lost Ry4 or better yet the original Riskee Yuice Puresmoker used
to sell will make a mint...Fv are you listening...hehehe...with your magic mixing skills...you would be
be the one to do it...:thumb:

As I noted in my pre-review on Twisted, it's certainly not what I'd consider a traditional tobacco vape. And it spreads the spectrum form tobacco to dessert, which makes it unique. I wouldn't consider it a RY4 variant but at the same time, I hardly think most people remember RY4. VV's memory is completely different than mine (from earlier in this thread)..

However, I don't see how people couldn't consider this as a daily. If people vape Boba's or Gorilla as a daily, this certainly qualifies in that same range and quality. It's a good solid nicquid offering. -Magnus

Alright, I have spent more time with Twisted now and since I only tried 1 Ry4 and have stayed away from tobacco flavors for a while I have no real basis for comparison to other juices. So I am saying, without referencing it to any other juices or tastes, that I like it quite a bit at 5v with DCC. It is really good once you quit expecting something imparticular and just vape. I will definitely reorder this. I don't know if it's the hardware set up or simply tastebuds, or what, but I do not get the overly sweet thing I keep hearing. I get a nice, warm, slightly sweet, slightly tobacco carmel/vanilla vape. I think you should keep Twisted and develope the other tobaccos for other tastes. I think there is definitely a place for Twisted in both Copper Creek's and my line up of go tos.

VV, Magnus, 36 - Thanks guys! I appreciate the good words. I tried hard to make an interesting tobacco, and thought that I had succeeded. So I will leave Twisted alone at this point. I like it.

There will be a second tobacco coming out, and I will be careful not to label it as an RY4,, 555, variant, or anything of the sort.

Good morning everyone. How is everyone today? It's hot and humid here this morning, we're in for some wicked thunderstorms later in the day. I can't wait, I love a good thunderstorm. Simon on the other hand will probably be hiding under something somewhere.
I do too, somehow it always cheers me up and makes me feel energized!
