Yeppers. I was all caught up earlier, then got 12 new orders this afternoon/evening. I hate to make anyone wait, so I am trying to get them mixed tonight.
Then my sweetie of a tenant called and needs me to hold the rent check... good thing hubby isn't home. Of course I will hold it for a week, his gf left, downsized at work and his car died. Sheesh. I'm not gonna squeeze it out of the poor guy.
So I needed a break.

Boy, you're a nice landlord! Nicest one I ever had hated my ex and when we split up she gave me a $50 a month decrease because, I quote, "I never liked him, we'll both be happier with him off my property!"

LOL, when they got in the big fight and he kicked her out he called me. Needed a shoulder. I am sooooo glad that little witch is gone. Yeah, I will cut him slack, he is a sweet kid. And takes really good care of the house and yard.

My husband was notoriously bad about paying bills. When I first met him he used to shove them into a huge basket on his counter and they would get buried by all the other junk he threw on top of them. His checkbook register never had a single entry in it. I have no idea how everything he owned didn't get repossessed or how he kept his credit in good standing! The landlord used to call him on the 30th of every month to remind him that the rent was due.. for the prior month. Never charged him a late fee either. Now that was a good landlord. Needless to say when I moved in I took over the bill paying.
