Good afternoon, all!
And basscase, good question my friend. You're right, I probably should have shared. These boxes have some weird ticks, I'll say that much.
1) I haven't found any dead spots yet, with one exception: If you crank it up all the way (7v, according to MadVapes), you'll get one good vape and then it will start to drop off. I've found the sweet spot is right in the middle (where the flat portion of the white voltage adjuster is facing up) and close to there on either side.
2) They do drain battery.... fast. I was initially under the (very false) pretense that I could leave the switch turned the 'On' and as long as I wasn't firing the button, it wouldn't drain the battery. It definitely does, just not as fast. That's part of what happened to me yesterday. I left the switch 'On' while not using it for about 45 minutes. My previous hit had been excellent, and when I went to hit it again... Nothing. Also, in order for the
batteries to work in this little guy, they need to come fresh off the charger and drain from there... If the light's not solid green, no dice.
3) The battery springs in the mod are testy. If the
batteries aren't lined up perfectly, they'll let you know, just as they let me know last night.

In the right hand battery compartment, the spring had become slightly bent as you have to pop the batteries out of this at a bit of an awkward angle. With a bit of fiddling, I got the spring back into a straightened position... And there was plenty of vapor to be had.
I'm sure I'll come up with a few more tips and tricks in the next few days. I'll be releasing one of my oh so unprofessional video
reviews on this in the next couple days, so I'll compile everything I know about them up until this point along with it.
Hope everyone is doing fabulously today. Can't wait for the return of FV and VV.
