I started with 18mg, and that didn't work at all
I made the same mistake and started way too low. I needed 24mg, and it makes me happy so that is where I stay.
I recommended 12 or 18. I actually said get both. Vape 12 mostly, but 18 when you really need the jolt. That was on the phone after a really long conversation about what was going on and why she felt she was having trouble. She emailed me today, a week after the call, and said to buy 6mg and 0mg. I bought her 6. She can get her own 0. ZERO!?! She hasn't even QUIT analogs yet!
Okay, the order has been placed. It's out of my hands now. She's a big girl and can figure this out, or not, on her own now since she doesn't seem to want to listen to me. If the 6mg doesn't work, when she comes to my house in November I can give her some of my 12 and she'll understand what I was trying to say to her.
