She's 9. I think we're going to try and meet with the instructor some time other than class. wife is gone to a conference, so we'll see when she gets back. seems to be one main girl and a few of her friends joining in with her. Just really ticks me off. You don't mess with daddys girl.

She doesn't have that dance teacher from Hell does she?I would enroll her in a different studio.She's not going to be comfortable and will find excuses not to attend and it will be like a prison sentence to her.If she likes dance and you want to see her continue wipe the slate clean and take her somewhere else. I wouldn't have advised that when my kids were growing up.I believed in sticktoitivness and don't run away from your problems. Face them.I still do believe that to an extent but there is so much meanness out there now that I wouldn't take the chance of her not doing what she likes to do and missing out on it.She can learn life's lessons with something else but if this is her thing don't let them take that away from her.They win twice.

So just spent last hour trying to convince daughter to go to dance class. Some brats were bullying her and her friend. Her friend quit. We talked to owner and instructor, they want to help but Haley is scared to go back. have already spent tons on class and costumes and worse than that I hate for the bullies to win. But I certainly can't force her to go when she is balling crying. She use to love dance.

Girls are far meaner than boys. Boys punch you and it's done. Girls will haunt you thru college if left to their own devices.
Nothing meaner than a bullying girl.

Good morning posse! Woke up earlier than I wanted, as usual. I swear I'm only able to get maybe 6 hours of sleep but I seem to function fine on that.

Bah. I used to survive on four hours every two days. Now I average 5-6 hours a night seven days a week.

Quiet in here today. I am working on vanilla. Done with my mixing for the day, and playing. It is gorgeous outside. I would love to go out and play with Victor.

Hahaha, that's an idea. I can take a better picture and put it on a tshirt for her to wear to class. Its a 22 but its all tricked out like an ar.
