Can you believe they gave him nothing for pain. Thankfully we have prescription motrin and it is helping him. He is really ticked that they didn't give him anything for pain. He really is quite miserable. This goes beyond normal male "I'm sick" whining. I feel awful for him I just got him back up to bed. He hasn't been able to sleep very well because he can't get comfortable.


I do indeed have a heart and sometimes the ice chips off

Wow. Im not suprised that you have a ready supply of Vitamin M, but I am stunned they didnt prescribe more... Dam*ed Pen!ses... I hate the VA...

The motrin we have stashed isn't even from the VA They don't dish it out like the ARMY did.

Yeah, I feel better being here today too. I know if I had went in to school I would have just been worrying myself to death and wanting to call and check on him which would have woken him up if he was resting or driven me nuts if he didn't answer. This is just better. Tomorrow should be better for him and if he is still struggling the girls will be home if he needs something.

See? The way I see it is, while everyone else was trying to take advantage of saving the extra money, I decided not to order so you could maximize your profits.

Dang... Yeeaaahhhhh.... Did I mention I hate the VA? And if I thought the little bit of disability I receive would make a difference to anyone else who truly needs it, I would give up my benefits in a heartbeat.

I squished my sample of apricot yesterday I tried to make it last as long as I could. That stuff is so good.
I already have some in my cart for my next round of ordering. I am just amazed by how much my taste buds have changed. And by how much I ended up loving CDM.

The CONCEPT of the reasons for having the VA are sound. But there is a lot to be said for the sad execution of it. Most of the docs are useless. The system thats in place doesnt work nearly as smoothly as it should... Especially for the wounded warriors who REALLY need it to work.

While I am so glad that they fixed him Bliss, I am angry that they didn't give him any pain meds. I would call, report the fever, and then do a "by the way, he is in a great deal of pain and did not receive a prescription while we were there, may I come pick it up?" Worth a shot.

oh no on the Apricot squeesh, that's sad. I too was surprised my my love of CDM, I must have a tank of it around me at all times.

I am kind of like Beth...not quite as bad though.

I have 2 tanks with CDM mixed with whatever, going at the same time. I don't have enough straight fruit stuff. Gonna have to fix that too.

I will put in a call and see what I can get them to do for us. I just went and checked on him. When I opened the door he was rolling over in his sleep and whimpering.

Bliss..sorry Thomas is in pain...
You said he has a temp of 100.8?....don't want to scare you but he should be sore not
in whimpering pain, unless, he has a very low pain tolerance, You need to call them after
taking his temp again cuz it sounds like it MIGHT be the start of an infection. Make sure you tell
them how bad his pain is along with what his temp is. Also check the site to see if its red, swollen or hot..
