No can do VioletVoo. I do loves me some Mt Dew, but too many calories... I drink no more than 24oz of diet soda, and at least 60oz of water a day. When we could get our soda from the Navy Exchange Commisary, and a 12pk ran all of $2, I would drink about a full 12pack of regular soda a day. 2400 calories a day in JUST soda... It wasnt too hard to figure out what made me get fat.

I used to be addicted to mt dew....still love it, but we recently started drinking only diet soda.....but I drink a lot, so went thru too much soda....so we started buying only water and Mio, and Crystal Light....and I drink plain water too...also have a juicer so we are exploring those options...:)

Wow James. That's intense. I hope things work out, especially for the little girl. That's a wonderful thing to do. :)

I agree!:)

Not sure how to feel about today...Got to make up a presentation that will hopefully pull to a close a project that I've been on for over a year and I'm SO FREAKING READY FOR IT TO BE OVER. On my own, I work about 10-15+ over 40 (salary, too :( ), but with this project, it adds another 10 or so on to it, and decent stress...so I'm glad it will be over, but just not sure I've got it in a good state to end it and the bow is on the package all pretty like....I guess we'll see.

For those that watch it, finally got a nice little setup in the bedroom with my HP Touchpad (which I finally put Android on....works like a champ and much better than WebOS)...installed the Netflix app and watched the first 2 episodes of "The Walking Dead"....pretty dang good! (I especially like it as I grew up outside Atlanta, so its cool to see all the places I've been downtown).

Anyway, hope everyone has a great day![/QUOTE]

How does one celebrate such a great thing??
WOOT!!!

GOOD NEWS ALERT!!!!

I just heard back from my donor coordinator. He said I was given the green light to be able to make a blood stem cell donation. With my back problems, I cant do a true bone marrow donation, but I can still do the stem cell donation. I go into a local lab for some blood work next Tuesday. It will take 4-13 weeks to determine if I am a positive match or not, and I will be contact immediatley after they decide if it is or isnt a match.

The eye Dr. is always more expensive.I used to go to Lens Crafters for my glasses. They have a 30day money back guarantee if not satisfied. But they are just as expensive now.

Since I'm going to the eye doctor tomorrow for an exam I really would like some feedback from the posse on the best place to purchase Progressive lenses. From the eye doctor or a 3rd party? Meaning 3rd party could save some $$$ but do they have the same personal care or satisfaction factor if you can't see quite right and need adjusting or remakes? And how does this pertain you might ask to CC e-liquids? Well I need to SEE in order to place my orders on FV's website.
