I am finally back from Florida. Woot Woot!!!
Just to let everyone know apparently the wonderful TSA workers at Richmond International Airport do NOT know what a tank is nor do they have a clue what a ProVari is. Not only was my Provari and Lava tank swabbed, my hands were also swabbed, and I was asked a dozen questions about it and the contents I had in my clear plastic cosmetic bag (batteries, extra punched cartos, orings, qtips, and of course my juice). After going through all of this for 20 minutes they finally let me go so I could catch my flight! Ugh!!!!

I was very lucky to be able to travel while living in England. Did a driving tour of Ireland. Did a Red Sea cruise and visited Jordan and Egypt. Went to Paris. Visited Edinburgh a couple of times and spent some time in the Scottish highlands. Was also able to spend a few days in Prague, Vienna and Poland as well. One place (amongst many) on my bucket list is to visit Italy and Sicily as I have heritage from there on both my mother and father's side. I need to clear pics off my old computer 
Mornin' y'all. Gonna be a busy few days for me. Still got the Regional VP coming sometime this week. Tomorrow morning I have the blood draw for the tissue testing to see if Im a match for the marrow donation. uniform pickups tonight. practice tonight. Ungh. I need a vacation.

Mom liked the first couple of pix I sent her of the house for rent. Im hoping that the landlord(s) will be willing to work with us to get her moved in. Who wouldnt want a tennant that will only be there 16 weeks a year? Especially with me right around the corner to keep up with the lawn?

She works for a company called Schouest. I think thats how you spell it. Its an off shore oil drilling company that has operations all over the world. The ship she was on was based out of Louisiana and ferried supplies to and from the various oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. I havent talked to her very much, so Im not sure whats going on that required them to head for the North Atlantic.
Mine too! I know while my mom is up there, she will be looking for our familly tartan.
I want to see Ireland as badly as I want to see Scotland. Ive been to three different cities in Italy already! Never really did any sightseeing though. Unless you count bars and food joints as "sightseeing". I swear I gained 15 pounds after eating all of that REAL Italian food. The food alone would make the cost of a plane ticket back over there worth it!!!

If we are taking a trip, I need a passport. Oh, and money.
Today is a big day for me. You might not realize it, but starting your own nail business is pricey stuff. There are tons of little and big things that I need to be functional. I've been stressing over it so much and even contemplating taking out a loan in order to get everything set up. And then my dad sweeps in and says, "Don't worry about it babydoll, your old dad has got you covered." So today, dad is taking me to cash some bonds that he has been buying for me since the 80's.
The Gelish system alone is gonna run me about $700-$800, the LED light for the stuff is over 300 just by itself. I am super excited and relieved. When I come home I will be an online shopping fool
