If the CN22 is the customs form (I can never remember form numbers!), then no, you only need the one that prints when you do the postage. The online sites (Stamps.com or USPS.com) should give you the right form when you tell it the weight and all that.

All the clerk at your PO needs to do is go into the prepaid acceptance area and scan it as accepted.

And we just love it when they try to tell us how to do our job.One day I ask the customer if I should let him run his green card and then go in the other system and see if his SS address and bd verified.He shut up and left me do my job. I'm still surprised I didn't get a pdc out of that one.
