Mornin' all, from the lost patrol.... Been a while, but got to come home for a couple of days, and had to check in on the.posse. Been spending a.lot.more time up in ND, and data service sucks up there. Can't wait for Sprint to go LTE, fix that little problem.

I am still kickin, still vaping, and still missing the posse. Hi mfraz, hi FV, and nice to see miss Voo is back after being MIA for a while.

Drott, I went to Menards with hubby. He went in for an outlet box. We came out with a custom closet. His plastic box cost him $650. He was not impressed. It's why I am cleaning the blasted closet. blech.

I've been using an Egg White protein (vanilla) mix by MRM (one of the few sugar free brands I could find), and by itself it actually tastes really good, but I go a step further. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 4 ice cubes, a scoop of the protein powder, 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa, and 2 packets of stevia. Blend till the ice is broken up and smooth, and you've got a great chocolate protein shake, with a little extra fiber to boot, and sugar free. I could drink the stuff all day long.
